この度デザインギャラリーLICHTではロナン・ブルレック（Ronan Bouroullec）の企画展を開催致します。近年発表された、日本では初公開となるプロダクトを中心に新旧併せてご覧頂ける機会となります。また、ロナン直筆サイン入り、未発表ドローイングポスターを枚数限定（4種、各12枚）で販売致します。。

唯一無二でありながら静謐な親密感を纏っているロナンのプロダクト。その始まりは、プロトタイプを自宅や別邸で実際に使用して検証を重ねる、ロナンの生活にあります。今回は、そんな彼の創造に満ちた日常に想いを馳せ、その空気を感じられるような空間を構成致します

会期中の10月26日（土）は、この度刊行された作品集「Triptyque」への直筆サイン会を行い、デザインジャーナリストの土田貴宏とロナン・ブルレックによるトークイベントも行います。

ロナン・ブルレック（Ronan Bouroullec）
1971年、フランス・カンペール生まれのデザイナー。プロダクトデザインの分野において、伝統的な手工技術と大量生産のプロセスを共存させる手法が国際的に高く評価されている。近年はより活動の幅を広げ、教会の修復プロジェクト等にも取り組むほか、長年続けてきたドローイングや陶板作品などのパーソナルワークも注目を集める。

トークイベント
2024年10月26日（土）18:30 − 19:30（18:10受付）。ロナン・ブルレックとデザインジャーナリスト・土田貴宏との対談です。ご予約なく皆さまにご参加いただけます。当日の状況により立ち見、また人数を制限させていただく場合がございます。

会場設営の為、当日は17:30に一時閉店いたします。

Design Gallery LICHT is pleased to present an exhibition by Ronan Bouroullec. The exhibition will feature a selection of his recently released products, many of which are being exhibited for the first time in Japan. Ronan's products are unique, yet wear a sense of serene intimacy. It all begins in Ronan's life, where he actually uses prototypes at home and in his villa to test them over and over. This time, we will create a space that allows you to imagine his creative daily life and to feel its atmosphere.

Ronan Bouroullec
Designer born in 1971 in Quimper, France. In the field of product design, he is internationally acclaimed for his method of coexisting traditional handcraft techniques with mass production processes. In recent years, he has broadened his activities to include church restoration projects, while his personal work, which he has continued for many years, such as drawings and ceramic board works, has also attracted attention.

Book signing
October 26, 2024 (Sat) 15:00 - 17:30. Numbered tickets (50) will be distributed at LICHT from 14:30 on the day. In exchange for the numbered tickets, you will be able to purchase the book “Triptyque” and participate in the book signing. Each person will receive one numbered ticket per book. Collection “Triptyque” ￥11,000 (tax included)

Talk Event
Saturday, October 26, 2024 18:30 - 19:30. A conversation between Ronan Bouroullec and design journalist Takahiro Tsuchida. Open to all without reservations. Please note that there may be standing room only, and the number of participants may be limited depending on the situation on the day of the event.
